Free tracked shipping

Nomadusk orders include free tracked shipping. Tracking information is sent after the order has been processed and handed to the carrier. Delivery timing can vary by destination, customs processing, and local carrier conditions.

100-day returns

You may request a return within 100 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number through the Contact page before sending an item back so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Returned items should include the original product and packaging whenever reasonably possible. Products that have been intentionally damaged, altered, or returned without the supplied components may not qualify for a full refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original expedited-shipping charges, if any, are not refundable. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can make it right.

Order changes

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfilment or been handed to the carrier, changes may no longer be possible.
